What then?

•    We will invite you to ‘Come and See’.
•    We run weekends for enquirers so that they may get to know us and get first- hand information about the Community.
  • If you are unable to attend a weekend or would prefer to enquire immediately, we can arrange for you to visit us at a suitable time.

Step 2:
If you then discern that you want to go further we can arrange that you work and train with us for a short period. This will give you the necessary insight as to whether this type of Ministry is for you.

Next?

•    You can make a formal written application to the Director, Msgr. Pat Lynch requesting to enter into an Induction Year. This is a year of training and full time work with the Community.

•    We will then request that you forward a letter of clearance from your local Garda/Police, and names of two Referees who would be willing to give you a reference.

•    It is a requirement of Irish Law that anyone working in Church Ministries undergoes the relevant clearance procedures for the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults.  Community Representatives will advise on this.
